This utility was born in process of the porting Pover to Win32 API. It is simplified translation of already created on Visual Tcl GUI in usual Windows resource file. It is not clever enough to determine that several window implementations is kept in file, so you need to split your Tcl project by itself - one file per window.

This program was not developed for processing manually stuffed Tcl/Tk code. You may change Visual Tcl code and successfully process it, but Tcl2Res relies on interface description logic of the accepted in Visual Tcl.
